Shipping and Returns
Shipping
- Free shipping worldwide for purchases over US$200.
- The shipment will be made through an international courier company and will be delivered within approximately 5 to 10 business days.
- The price of shipment is based on the rates each shipping company has. And should be paid once the product is delivered directly to de courier company.
- The shipping cost does not include taxes or duties that may be charged by customs in the different countries of destination.
- We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays.
- In case of not having the product in stock, the customer will be notified and delivery time will be coordinated. In case of not accepting it, a full refund of the money will be made in the following 14 business days.
Returns
- The maximum period to make changes or request a refund is 30 calendar days after purchase.
- The accessory must be sent in its original condition without having been used and with its original label and protective bag in perfect condition, it is necessary to present a purchase invoice.
- Fenomena reserves the right to reject merchandise that does not comply with the conditions.
- Custom and modified parts are considered a final sale and do not accept returns or exchanges.

Repairs
- All repairs must be sent to our office located at Calle 79b # 8-31 Of.102, with the purchase invoice. Shipping costs for items to be repaired will be charged.
- Repairs take 15 business days.
Care instructions
- Do not expose your jewel to lotion, cream, cosmetics, perfumes or water as they wear away the lacquer that helps protect your jewel.
- Store your jewelry separately, use the cloth bag provided by us.
- Do not exercise with your jewel (Sweat generates wear).
- Avoid taking your jewel to the pool or beach.
- Clean it using a soft cloth to maintain its color and shine longer.
